An authenticated zone for legal counsel representing parties in cases listed in this registry. Full non-redacted documents — contracts, escrituras, correspondence and bank evidence.
Purpose of this zone
Cases published on Spanish Property Problems carry redacted versions of evidence — personal data (passport, NIF, residential address, IBAN, contact details) of the affected buyer are removed from public-facing pages for GDPR compliance.
For legal preparation of civil or criminal procedures, full non-redacted originals are required. This zone provides authorised legal counsel direct access to:

Access by invitation onlyAccess is granted by invitation only. The zone is protected with HTTP basic authentication. Credentials are issued individually after verification of mandate and identity.
