FIFTH — Acta de recepción

At handover an acta de recepción was to be drawn up recording all deficiencies.

Actual performance: defects reported immediately after October 2024 delivery — no acta de recepción drawn up by MASA.

SEVENTH — Breach

In case of breach by MASA (particularly delivery date and escritura), the buyer may opt for performance OR rescission, with MASA refunding all amounts paid to date.
