What actually happened
On 21 April 2026 — about 20 months after signing — electricity was disconnected by i-DE. No prior warning, no reminder letter, no outstanding bill (all invoices paid via direct debit).
Probable cause: without MASA's Licencia de Primera Ocupación, i-DE cannot register the connection as definitive — only as obra-temporary. On expiry: disconnected.
Status 23 May 2026: day 32 without power. Tenant placed in hotel at €80/night = €2,560 + €500 mandatory electrical inspection + lost rental income.
Legal link to MASA case: since i-DE refuses definitive connection due to missing LPO — and LPO is a promoter obligation under Art. 17 LOE and contract article THIRD — the damage from disconnection is directly attributable to MASA Infraestructura S.L.
